Even if online availability is sold out, tickets can be purchased at the museum box office on the day of your visit. Please consider that waiting time could be long.
Admission is free of charge each first Sunday of the month. It is not possible to make reservations.
The museum does not have a cloakroom and luggage storage. Only small personal bags/backpacks 40cmx30cmx18cm) can be brought inside the museum.
Visitors with certified disability and a family member, or other companion belonging to social and health care services, are entitled to free and priority access. Reservation is not required. Animals are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs, service dogs assisting disable people and pets for medical/therapeutic reasons (pet therapy) with a certificate issued by physicians belonging to public health services.
