MARTIN CREED, WORK N. 850. RUNNERS
Performance – “Arte torna arte” exhibition (7 May – 4 November 2012, extended to 9 December 2012)
In the framework of the “Arte torna arte” exhibition, the Scottish artist Martin Creed proposed his Work no. 850.Runners.The performance, produced by Marathon, the Florence’s Sports Athletics Association, included the presence of runners who, at certain times during the openings hours ran inside the museum spaces, with spurts and speed runs along the museum halls.
