CONCESSION FOR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

The office in charge grants:

– Permits for photographs and shooting inside the Galleria;
– Permits for the reproduction of images of the works hosted in the Galleria.

Images can be requested at the Permits Office (ga-afi.cultura.gov.it), subject to the authorization for use, if necessary.

Commercial uses are always subject to concession fees, to be paid in advance.
No fee is due for reproductions requested by individuals for personal use, or by public or private entities for research and non-profit purposes.

CONCESSION TO USE THE MUSEUM SPACES

The Galleria dell’Accademia in Florence provides the authorization to carry out exclusive visits, conferences, concerts, cultural events under both public and private projects, to be held at their premises that offer absolute value and worldwide unique spaces. Events, institutional or not, may be authorized, in strict compliance with the safety requirements and principles of cultural heritage protection. The authorization is granted at the department’s discretion, by means of a concession act and the payment of a fee (Legislative Decree 42/2004, art. 106).
In compliance with the Regulations, the procedure involves the submission of a request, after filling the downloadable form, within 20 days of the initiative at ga-afi.spazioeventi@cultura.gov.it.
