Notice for Firenze Card owners
We inform our kind visitors that, starting from April 2nd 2019, priority access with Firenzecard will be allowed only to users with reservations. The reservation is free; visitors not in possession of a reservation can still access the museums with the Firenzecard, but from the doors of the non-reserved.
It is possible to book entrance to the Galleria dell’Accademia through the following methods:
a) Florence Museums call center +39 055 294883.
The call center speaks in Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Russian and Chinese and it is open at:
8.30am-6.30 pm Monday to Friday
8.30-12.30 am Saturday
closed on Sundays and holidays
The reservation will be made by providing your name and surname; the customer will be issued with a booking code which must be presented at one of the following ticket offices:
Ticket office of Orsanmichele (at the Church of Orsanmichele, side Via dei Calzaiuoli). Open from Monday to Saturday, from 09: 00 am to 4: 15 pm. Closed on Sundays and holidays.
My Accademia ticket office (via Ricasoli n.105/r). Open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 08: 15 am to 17: 30 pm. Closed on Monday.
Uffizi ticket office (door n.2 and door n.3). Open from Tuesday to Sunday 08.15 – 18.05. Monday closing.
By showing the code, the customer will collect the ticket to be shown, together with his own Firenzecard, at the priority access doors of the museums, where he must present himself on the date and time booked.
b) At the counter, for booking and collecting the coupon, in one of the following points:
Ticket office of Orsanmichele (at the Church of Orsanmichele, side Via dei Calzaiuoli). Open from Monday to Saturday 09: 00-16: 15. Closed on Sundays and holidays.
My Accademia ticket office (via Ricasoli n.105 / r). Open from Tuesday to Sunday 08: 15-17: 30. Closed on Monday.
Uffizi ticket office (door n.2 and door n.3). Open from Tuesday to Sunday 08.15 – 18.05. Monday closing.
c) Customers who purchase the Firenzecard at the ticket offices of the Uffizi Gallery, the Bargello National Museum, Pitti Palace will be able to book entrance to the Uffizi and Accademia directly at the ticket office at the time of purchasing the card and collect the ticket to be shown , together with its own Firenzecard, at the priority access doors of the museums.
